Father’s Day Promo

This was a high-performing email marketing campaign for the Ravinia Giftshop due to the focus on unique graphic design that broke from the typical newsletter / ticket email templates which resulted in higher engagement.

After getting to know the content that converted for Ravinia, it became clear that non-concert marketing had to work harder for attention. For this reason, we decided to maximize impact with unique visuals. Also, our communication team leaned heavily on connecting products and promotions to gift-giving holidays which saw much greater conversion than previous product-focused content.
