During my time at Ravinia, one of our highest performing campaigns was a true team effort, thanks to a close partnership with our ticketing and data teams. We worked together to streamline the data flow between our ticketing CRM and email service provider, which played a big role in the campaign’s success. The key to our strategy was using segmentation based on musical interests and past purchase behavior, allowing us to send highly targeted and engaging messages to the correct audience thereby allowing us to lower our overall email send rate which kept our list health strong.
